Sulphuret of Iron. Sulphide of Iron. (FeS): is of little therapeutic value. It is used - 1, in cutaneous affections of a scrofulous character; 2, as an antidote in poisoning by corrosive sublimate; 3, in the preparation of Sulphuretted Hydrogen. Doge, gr. iv. - x. in pill or syrup.
